An XY-wing is also and XY-chain.
In this example the chain begins and ends
with a 9. It has 5 links. The links within the
cells are all strong links. The links between
the cells can be either weak or strong.
One of the yellow cells must be a 9. It is
possible that both yellow cells are 9's.
